In-home sales person needed for Heating, Cooling, Water Heating, Insulation and Energy Efficiency

Alber Service Company is South Jerseys Home Energy Performance Experts serving Camden, Burlington and Gloucester Counties for over 50 years. We are rapidly expanding, and searching for the right sales professional with a combination of general HVAC technical background and great sales skills.
Alber Service Company specializes in heating, cooling, water heating and insulation; and is a leader in performing Home Energy Audits through New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program.

Applicant will conduct in-home energy audits, generate audit reports, and present proposals with recommendations developed with our custom software.

- Base Salary + Commission can yield $80,000 to $120,000 annual potential 
- Company supplied leads

- Flexible schedule, some Saturdays or evenings 

Requirements & Skills: 
- YOU MUST HAVE relevant residential HVAC Heating/Air Conditioning and Insulation experience. 
- Previous sales experience required 
- Knowledge of hydronics, and NATE & BPI certifications a plus
- Basic skills in MS Office software, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong client management and follow-up skills 
- Strong technical ability and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation, good driving record and drug-free
