    Overall good experience. My only negative was the time taken to do project, especially when I was quoted a much shorter time originally. I want to get A/C done but need to wait until summer when my wife is done school. If she wasn't a teacher, we'd have to wait probably another year for the time off to do work. My recommendation is to have larger install teams so the work can go quicker. 8 days is a lot to ask someone to have off. If it wasn't during Christmas break, which took care of half the days, there is no way we could have done it.

              I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with everything that Alber did for us. Alber made this one of the best home projects that we've ever experienced. Starting with my first contact with Alber to get the old A/C unit removed, every part of the service was exceptional. You, along with all of you guys, were a pleasure to work with. I appreciate your efforts and everything that you did to solve our problems. The installation crew was great. They did a terrific job and made the entire process go very smoothly. Everybody did exactly what they said they would do exactly when they said they would do it. All of the coordination by your office staff was top notch and as a result everything fell into place. Today, i went online to take care of the warranty registration requirement. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised when Amana told me that Alber had already done that for me too. Even Cisco, the duct cleaner, was a treat. He was a great guy and a real character to have at our house. Obviously, we haven't had a lot of extreme weather. One night it did go down to 39 and the heater had a chance to run a bit. And one day the temperature went up to 93 and we had a chance to try the A/C. I can tell you that the improvement in the way the system functioned was immediately apparent. The combination of new equipment and the improvements to the house that you suggested look like they exactly what was needed. I'm pretty confident that the combined efforts of everyone involved is going to make our lives much more comfortable. Please pass along our thanks to everyone from Alber Service who was involved with our project. It was exceptional service that exceeded our expectations. Also please feel free to use me as a reference for anyone considering using the services of your company. I recently recommended that someone that I work with contact you for help with his HVAC issues.

Laurie has worked for Alber Service Company since 1997, three years after graduating from Wesley College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.   She started out answering the phone and scheduling service calls but soon took on all aspects of Human Resources, Payroll, processing of paperwork and customer financing.  In 2002, when her second child was a year old, she moved into management.  

As the Operations Manager, there isn’t much Laurie doesn’t do!  Her day to day life at Alber Service includes overseeing the call center, scheduling service calls and project installations, interfacing with NJ to secure client rebates, arranging financing, and administering all things HR.  Laurie is the true lynch pin that makes Alber Service Company  run smoothly! 

Laurie has three children with ages from elementary through high school.  All of them play sports and her husband coaches so her weekends are full of fun (and sometimes exhausting!) sporting events.  In her spare time she loves to read.  

Laurie says, “I am very lucky and feel very blessed; I have great families, both at home and at work. “
