Alber Service Company is an essential service provider, but we're also community members. Like you, we have been monitoring the evolving CDC updates on how to protect ourselves and clients from the corona-virus.
In addition to responding to emergency heating and water heating requests, clients are calling to schedule air conditioning tune-ups while they are home-bound and we are doing the following on every visit to protect them and ourselves:
• Introducing ourselves, stating our purpose, and asking if anyone in the house is sick
• Wearing a fresh pair of gloves
• Wearing fresh shoe covers
• Wearing a mask or scarf to cover our nose and mouth
• Maintaining at least 6-ft distancing
• Wiping down tools with a disinfectant wipe
• Handling credit cards with a disinfectant wipe
