Our Overall Service
I consider Alber Service Co. to be the best company in the HVAC field in this region. The Alber team did an outstanding job of insulating our basement and attic and installing a new heating and air conditioning system. I am highly satisfied with their work.

Troy alerted us to the problems we were facing. He was clear and candid.
Sales Process
Bill Alber did a complete energy audit and explained each aspect of what he was recommending. Despite the cost, we accepted his recommendation for the complete project. He was thorough, clear, and honest about every aspect of the project.
Our Installation Crew
Earl was totally professional and handled the major part of the project in an outstanding manner. He is an A+ foreman, and I would recommend him to anyone. Tyler and Mitch worked with Earl in the basement and in the installation of the new heaters and air conditioners. They worked very hard, did a number of things I requested that were not on the project list, and made a great impression on me. Jon was in charge of the insulation work in the attic. He did an outstanding job with help from Mark. I liked them both, and I appreciated how Jon explained each aspect of the insulation work, which I could not see. I would recommend Jon highly to anyone needing insulation work.
The Cleanup Process
Both crews cleaned up everything and left the worksite in excellent condition--certainly better than they found it.
