Response time was great. Brian was respectable and a subject matter expert. A good attitude goes a long way and Brian had that. Same goes for Jay. I was impressed with how they handled the situation. Both were very professional, personable, and obvious experts. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Awesome experience with Laurie. The communication since the initial service call is outstanding. I did forget the name of the person who called to confirm my audit availability, but she was also top notch. I let her know how awesome Alber has been during the call.

Brian got to work right away and it was clear that he’s an expert. I trusted him throughout the process.

The level of trust I have for Brian and Jay leaves me no doubt that the diagnosis was accurate. Not what we wanted to hear, but it was what we needed to know.

Quality and attention to detail during the service was grade-A. I thought about giving a 4 only because we are still without heat, but I understand how it feels to be at the mercy of the logistics process.

No mess observed.
