There was a Lennox air conditioner in this house that had been installed by a previous owner in 2019 so it was only 6-years old. But it was costing a fortune to operate and the client just wasn't comfortable.   The American Standard 17 SEER air conditioner runs at three different outputs depending on how hot it is outside. This provides really long "ON" cycles that deliver precise temperature control as well as superior humidity removal.
