Air Conditioning Before & After Photos

This customer's air conditioning was on its last legs, and it was 100-degrees outside. We replaced the old outdoor air conditioner, high velocity air handler and really bad ductwork. It works great even when it's hot and nasty outside.

After visiting our booth at the Voorhees, NJ home Show this Cherry Hill, NJ homeowner explained how their current furnace was so loud and they had various uncomfortable rooms in their home.  Knowing this information we recommended a FREE home Energy Audit that would provide many solutions. They set an appointment on the spot for Our Certified Energy Consultant to do a FREE Energy Audit. After taking into account the climate, size, design, and construction of the home the Audit revealed making a few upgrades will give this home more than 30% in total energy savings. The upgrades included a new Amana Furnace 96% (AFUE), Amana Central Air Conditioning unit, a .96% UEF Bosch Tankless Hot Water Heater, and Blown in Cellulose insulation in the Attic. this homeowner was able to take advantage of the max amount of rebates/financing options that the state is offering at this time.

New Jersey homeowners may receive up to $4,000 in financial incentives now until June 30, 2019. You may also qualify for 0% interest financing (up to $10,000 with a 7-year maximum term) or 4.99% financing (up to $15,000 with a 10-year maximum term) to help pay for the energy-efficient upgrades!

This old rooftop heating and cooling system decided to fail on the hottest day of the year. WE brought in a crane and replaced it with a high efficiency Carrier unit. The quick turn around meant no loss of production or revenue.

This Moorestown, NJ homeowner had an Energy Audit performed on their home.  The Audit revealed several ways to conserve energy, save money an allowed them the benefits of NJ State Rebates.

This homeowner had a New Bryant 2 Ton 16 Seer Air Conditioner System installed

In addition This homeowner chose a Bryant 95% efficient furnace, 3 stage sealed combustion, it also features a variable speed EMC motor and they also chose to get the Bryant  Evolution Controller to operate it.

Air Sealing was also completed- This residence was 110% leakier than the Building Air Standard.  Sealing air leaks cuts energy costs by keeping the air you paid to heat or cool from leaking out. 

The above qualified for New Jersey Performance Energy Star Rebates of $1076, plus $1000 in Free Air Sealing. Also, a $1000 Bryant Rebate was applied and they will qualify for $1500 in a Federal tax credit.

Rust was the only thing holding this old AC together. We replaced it with An Amana 16 SEER system that will use 50% less electricity than the old one. It's super quiet, protected by a fully louvered cover so landscapers can't weed-whack it to death, and comes with a 10-year parts and labor warranty as well as a lifetime compressor warranty. If the compressor ever fails this client will get a new unit for free! The old unit did not meet the current code that requires 3-feet clear between the electric meter and the unit so that's why it's into the yard a bit. Beautiful!
